Program Overview

 When I joined Jackie’s mentor group coaching, I immediately felt like I landed in a supportive space. She was able to create a group space where I actually felt comfortable making mistakes and grow in my coaching. 

After completing the group coaching, I'm walking away with better coaching skills. Jackie helped me a lot in agreement setting within sessions. She also helped me see that I was making my questions longer than they needed to be and encouraged me to trust myself to ask the question without diluting it with other words. 

I have been in other mentor group coaching spaces before and this one was my favourite. I would recommend to anyone looking for an ICF mentor coach. 

 I first experienced Dianne and Jackie’s mentoring gifts at a local ICF Chapter workshop, “The Power of Presence: Enhancing Coaching through the Art of Noticing.” I was deeply inspired by how fully they embodied the very Presence they were inviting us to cultivate. At that moment, I knew without hesitation that I wanted to do my Mentor Coaching with this dynamic duo—and I am so glad I did.

In their Mentor Coaching Program, Dianne and Jackie foster a warm, supportive environment that encourages experimentation, growth, and confidence. Through both practice and observation of different coaching styles, I have broadened my approach and strengthened my confidence as a coach while deepening my alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. Their thoughtful written and verbal feedback illuminated areas where I could stretch further and provided clear guidance for my ongoing development.  I am excited and proud to be a part of the Leaders Lab alumni and community.

In the Mentoring Program, I was able to reconnect with my coaching, learning how my personal values and views can extend to my coaching, and understanding that I need to unlearn and relearn many things. I ultimately learned so much about myself and my coaching practice, making the program surpass any expectations and making it invaluable to me.

Jackie and Dianne bring different values and styles which enhances the chances to learn different coaching practices' views. I enjoyed the format of the program with the Demos, feedback and the time frame of the classes and the 1:1 feedback.

 Dianne and Jackie’s mentor coaching program was a perfect fit for me. The small class sizes and engaging discussions about coaching left me feeling energized after every session. Unlike some previous classes where I’d catch myself checking the time, Leaders Lab sessions kept me fully immersed and inspired.

The feedback from both Dianne and Jackie on my coaching was incredibly valuable. Initially, I signed up for the classes aiming to renew my ACC certification. However, after reviewing the requirements for PCC, I realized it was achievable and decided to pursue it. With Dianne and Jackie’s support, I succeeded on my first try!

While recertifying initially felt like a chore, attempting the PCC rekindled my passion for coaching and deepened my curiosity to learn more. If you're hesitant, I wholeheartedly encourage you to take the leap—it's truly worth it!
